Michael Cochran has a Bachelors degree in theatre from the University of Wisconsin Whitewater. He attended Graduate school at the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa and Graduated with a Master of Fine Arts degree in theatre from Southern IL University at Carbondale. Michael is a past board member of Arts KY and the Kentucky Theatre Association. He has worked in a variety of professional theatres and theme parks. In addition Michael has worked professionally in dance, television, and film and has won awards for design and acting. He has written 7 plays. He is married to April Cochran who is the Education Director for MHT and has a daughter Jade.
April Cochran is the founder of FOOTLIGHTS and STORY THEATRE programs for MHT, as well as having served as president of the Kentucky Theatre Association, and board member of the American Association of Community Theatre. April has worked as a creative drama specialist and director of children’s theatre productions for over 30 years for school systems, parks and recreation programs, professional theatre and community theatres throughout the Midwest. Her greatest joy is her role as mom to Jade Lee, a budding artist who attends Clark Elementary.
Marsha first came to MHT as a volunteer helping out when her son Derek was cast a Pooh Bear in Winne the Pooh. Soon after that she came on board as a full time staff member. Marsha served as the Adminstrative Assistant, Box Office Manager and Business Manager of the theatre for several years before leaving to work closer to her home near Clinton KY. Marsha came back after a couple of years away and has been with the theatre for over a dozen years total. Since her first volunteer effort she has found a passion for acting and has appeared in numerous productions.
Sandy has worked part time for MHT for over a year. She has worked for several non profit organizations in the past in various financial oversight positions and currently works for MHT, the Paducah Symphony and the Community Foundation of Western Kentucky. She is very involved in family and church life with First Presbyterian church and with her children's schools- Clark Elementary and Paducah Middle School.

Rhiannon has worked with the Market House Theatre for 4 years. She spends most of her time being the mother to Shelby and Ethan. Besides working at MHT you can find her on Tuesdays at the Market Square Coffee company serving coffee and tea creations.
Janice Peterson

Janice Peterson has been involved at the Market House since 1987 when she first auditioned for Painting Churches and captured her first role in Heidi. Janice is now our go-to person for help with costumes. Janice was born, raised and educated in Nebraska where much of her family still resides. She has three children and six grandchildren who currently also claim Kentucky as home. When not occupied with theatre or grandchildren Janice can be found at her computer. She also spends time outdoors attending to the number of dogs and cats that claim her as guardian.
Jim has has a degree from Western Kentucky University in Technical Theatre. His past theatre work includes the Alabama Shakespeare Festival and New Harmony Theatre in Indiana. Jim is actively involved in historic re-enactment and crafts.
