What does "We don't just entertain...We change Lives!" mean? Getting up in front of an audience or a classroom full of friends and/or family can be a life changing experience. You gain confidence and the ability to communicate your thoughts, ideas, and feelings. This carries over into other parts of our lives.

For adults and kids, it is also a social place where they are accepted for who they are. It is a place where adults and kids of all ages, income levels and ethnicities work side by side in an environment that challenges them to express emotions and experience life in "somebody elses shoes." In fact it is required as an actor!

We also select the shows we present to speak to issues that are important to our community. Each year we present plays in a creative environment to explore difficult issues.

We may be an award winning theatre for the quality of our performances. But our mission is to change the lives of the people performing onstage as well as sitting in the audience. That experience carries over into pride in yourself and your community, intergenerational relationships and building community.
